This was my first time coming to Gray’s Jewelers and I will definitely be back and recommend for all of your needs. The customer service was great, the experience was wonderful & I could not have made a better choice. I needed some links taken out of a watch I purchased and the job was A+ and didn’t take long at all.

These guys are awesome! Friendly and know their stuff! I had just purchased a new bracelet from this certain company and they wouldn’t let me return, exchange, or give a refund. Didn’t want to touch their own product,smh. The bracelet was just way too big and unwearable. I called these guys up explaining the situation and they said no problem bring it in we will get you right. Let me tell you, I’m so happy! Such a professional job, looks like nothing was ever done to the bracelet! Highly recommend!

Gray's Jewelers is a little treasure chest in the heart of McDonough Square. I needed a repair done on some jewelry and Wayne did a great job! He repaired it in record time and was very professional and very knowledgeable in his craft. Wayne also repairs clocks and other intricate items such as glasses, etc. His work is high quality with a very reasonable price. I am very happy to have found this jewel in the heart of McDonough

Great folks to work with and the only trustworthy shop you can bring your watches and jewelry to in South Metro Atlanta. They fixed my watch, which was a gift from my dad in a timely manner and addressed concerns that I didn't think they would notice. They were honest in price and would never charge you a penny more than what's agreed on. We need more businesses like them in our great State of Georgia.

If I could give more stars I would. I have used the same jeweler for 30 years and since I have moved away from that town it is a little difficult to get back over to them. I found Gray's on Google and wanted to check them out. THEY WERE WONDERFUL!! Even though they were very busy they looked at and repaired my items on the spot. Even gave me a magnifying glass to see the repair myself. This is a great Jeweler and great staff. Please! Go see them!

This shop is located is the heart of McDonough and came highly recommended by a family member. We took a silver ring here that had sentimental value to be sized and when I picked it up you couldn’t even tell the ring had been changed. It looked as though it was purchased this way. I also took a damaged bracelet to this shop that no other jeweler would fix and Mr. Gray repaired it BEAUTIFULLY! The bracelet looked like new when I picked it up. Every time I go in this shop the service is impeccable. Thank you for being consistent with excellent service. I highly recommend this jeweler!

I needed to get my engagement ring sized and I read the reviews of this place, I was not disappointed. They were able to resize my ring the same day, the pricing was great and the customer service was wonderful. I will absolutely continue to use them for any future needs. Thank you guys so much!
